At REAL Watersports, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear. If your purchase isn't exactly what you needed, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal or contact our gear specialists to request a Return Authorization (RA) number for your order.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in new, resellable condition.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
