3/5 Stars This bar is in good condition, the grip is in okay condition with moderate staining and foam indents throughout as well as sharpie markings. The floats are in good condition with minor to moderate scuffs, staining and indents throughout as well as sharpie markings. The bungees in ok condition and still work but are very loose from daily use. The Depower is good condition and fully operational but rope has minor to moderate amount of fraying from regular use. The quick release chicken loop and stick is in good condition and fully operational with minor staining. The splitter is in good condition and fully functioning. The lines are in good condition with minor staining and wear from regular use. The pigtails are in good condition but are faded from regular use
