The .400 XXL Big Wave is Stay Covered's strongest leash without the quick release option. It can be looked at as an XXL with thicker cord or as the .400 QR without the quick release. Either way, it is a thick leash that is less bulky and equally strong.

Performance

The .400XXL leash was created to meet the needs of today's big wave surfer. With the creation of inflatable flotation vests and jet ski rescue, the limits of big wave surfing are being pushed. Stay Covered created this leash thicker than any they have ever made, with more Velcro on both the cuff and railsaver to hold through heavier conditions.

Longer heat shrink has been added to the railsaver end to resist fin cuts, and a larger Velcro pull tab is added for easier grip when opening the leash.
